  • Staff Tracie

    Tracie White - Treatment Coordinator

    Tracie is our "veteran" employee - she has been with us for close to 10 years! She spent her first few years here as Head Clinical Assistant and made the transition to Treatment Coordinator in 2008. With her diverse experience in the field, Tracie is able to handle all aspects of patient care. She was born and raised in Mechanicsville area and graduated from Lee-Davis High School in 1995. In her free time, Tracie enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, photography, and the outdoors. traciecommortho@aol.com (financial questions)

  • Staff Kathey

    Kathey Lee - Scheduling Coordinator

    Kathey is most likely the first person you will have contact with in our practice since she make most of our appointments and greets you when you come through the door. She was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and moved to Petersburg, Virginia in 2005. Kathy has not always been in the dental field. Previously Kathey was a hotel supervisor at Casino Aztar Hotel for eight years! We are certainly glad she joined our team in 2006 as she has a special talent when it comes to coordinating the daily schedule.

    Outside of the office, Kathey has lots of hobbies. When she is not playing with her two grandchildren or four dogs, she likes to read, cook, and collect antiques.

  • Staff Margaret

    Margaret Stell - Head Clinical Assistant

    Margaret was born and raised in the tri-city area and graduated from St. Vincent de Paul High School. Margaret then went on to attend Colonial Heights Beauty Academy and ECPI Computer Institute. She has held numerous positions in a diverse range of fields and has been with Commonwealth Orthodontics for over five years. She is a very busy lady as she spends her days not only providing patient care, but also coordinating all of the administrative tasks that come with running three separate offices. When she is not working Margaret enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. In the warmer months, you will most likely find her on Lake Gaston in her powerboat!

  • Staff Caitlin

    Caitlin Roberson - Clinical Assistant

    Caitlin is our newest clinical assistant. She grew up in Mechanicsville and graduated from Lee-Davis High School in 2006. Currently, she studying nursing at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. Caitlin came to us in September 2008 by way of a children's daycare - so she works great with our younger patients! During her time off, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not concentrating on her nursing studies.

  • Staff Rachael

    Rachel Haines, Clinical Assistant

    Rachel is our newest clinical assistant and grew up in West Point, Virginia. She graduated from West Point High School in 1999 and continued with her studies at Virginia Commonwealth University. After attending Fortis College to study surgical technology, she then became a surgical technologist at Memorial Regional Medical Center and worked in labor and delivery. Rachel has certainly enjoyed her transition into the orthodontic field and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her free time she spends time with her husband and 7 year old son. She also loves the beach and traveling to new places!

  • Staff Danae

    Danae Oyler - Assistant

    As a dual-trained assistant in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, Danae's expertise is much appreciated with all of our younger patients. After growing up in Utah, she moved to Richmond in 2005 and started at Children's Dentistry. She works with us on Thursdays in our Pediatric Dental practice in Mechanicsville. Most of Danae's free time is spent caring for her twin baby boys that were born last August!
